What is Paleo Plus Totally Duck Raw Dog Food?

Paleo Plus Totally Duck is a substantial single-protein raw dog food enriched with our unique Berry Good superfood mix. This meal comes in 500g recyclable packs. This raw dog food product is minced not only to simplify mealtimes for you but also to ensure a gentle experience for your dog’s digestive system.

The ducks featured in this product are raised with the highest care, enjoying the freedom of outdoor rearing. Using animals in our products which have been raised in a natural, happy environment creates healthier and more nutritious meals.

This chunky, raw dog food is complete to FEDIAF standards and adheres to the principles of BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food).

Each 500g pack contains 10% raw bone, 10% raw offal (organ meat), 75% raw muscle meat, and 5% antioxidant superfoods.

The Berry Good antioxidant mix of superfoods includes:

• Kale

• Blueberries
• Green Lipped Mussel
• Organic Hemp Seed Powder
• Broccoli
• Seaweed

Raw duck is high in vitamin B12, vitamin C, zinc and iron which helps to support your dog’s cardiovascular system along with boosting immunity and helping support brain function.

Duck fat is highly nutritious due to it being abundant in unsaturated fats and oleic acid, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Understanding the significance of organotherapy for dogs, where each organ nourishes its corresponding organ, such as feeding liver for liver issues, we’ve curated a diverse selection of offal including:

Paleo Plus Totally Duck is a single-protein raw dog food featuring high-welfare British duck, complemented by a 5% infusion of our Berry Good superfood mix. With its raw meat composition, this dog food is not only easily digestible but also serves as an excellent protein source, supporting canine strength and overall health.

Totally Duck is suitable for dogs of any age including puppies from 8 weeks old.

If you are trialling an elimination diet with your dog, Totally Duck is a great choice as it is a single-protein meal.

This meal is ideal for active dogs and those looking to put on a few pounds, due to it’s generous healthy fat content.

This nutritious product is also ideal for dogs who need an immune boost, whether they have reoccurring infections, recovering from an operation, or require a bit more energy, Totally Duck provides a potent mix of ingredients to boost the immune system.

We do not recommend Paleo Plus Totally Duck for any dogs at risk of, or suffering from pancreatitis due to the high-fat content.

If you suspect or know that your dog has an intolerance to duck, we would not recommend feeding this product.

Paleo Plus Totally Duck needs to be stored in the freezer and defrosted at the bottom of the fridge, in a sealed Tupperware.

We highly recommend defrosting and keeping the raw meat in a sealed container to avoid any risk of contamination with other items in your fridge. For more information, please see our blog ‘Hygiene Instructions’.

Once the food has been fully defrosted, this will last in the fridge for 2 days. Depending on how much you need to feed your dog per meal, you can either weigh this out ion scales or portion by eye (for instance if your dog requires 250g per meal, you can feed half of the pack).

It’s important with a raw diet to feed a variety of different meats to elevate your dog’s nutritional profile. Different animals contain different nutrients, so rotating these meals each week is ideal.
