Office Administrator
A varied administrative role supporting Paleo Ridge's e-commerce and operational activities. Responsibilities include processing online orders, coordinating deliveries, managing customer and supplier communications, supporting stock control and invoicing, and assisting with business improvement projects. Working across multiple departments, the role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Support Specialist
A customer-focused role helping deliver exceptional service to Paleo Ridge customers. Responsibilities include managing enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media, supporting orders and subscriptions, resolving customer issues, and providing product guidance. Ideal for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Waterlooville – Our headquarters and primary production site.
Havant – Additional operations and logistics.
