September Success Stories: Ralph (Retriever)

We love paleo ridge and wanted to share our golden retriever's raw success story!

Ralph, our 20 month old Golden Retriever. Ralph, like most goldens, loves his food. Since the day we brought him home he has wolfed down any food put in front of him (great!) in addition to any morsels that he might come across on the street (not so great!).

We noticed from a very early age that Ralph's stomach is very sensitive and he was very prone to having an upset tummy. It's never exactly pleasant dealing with dog poo but even when he was feeling his best we wondered how much of his food he could possibly be digesting if so much was coming out the other end!

A friend of ours who also owns two gorgeous goldens recommended we try Ralph on raw food, and specifically Paleo Ridge. We switched a week later and have never looked back! From day one the changes to his digestion couldn't be doubted. On a day to day basis his tummy seems much happier and we are dealing with much smaller, stink-free and easier to manage poops.

Whilst he will always be a bit sensitive, we have also noticed that he is much less inclined to get an upset stomach when he does come across 'free treats' on the pavement. We feel a lot happier knowing he is digesting much more of his food and his coat and eyes look shiny and healthy. A definite success!
