The vet advised us to put her on steroids, which we did not want. We started researching and came across raw feeding in a lot of articles.
A beautiful border collie puppy was born in October 2017. We rehomed/adopted her at 3 months old in 2018 and she has been our baby ever since.
Lizzie was about 6-7 months old when she started scratching. Following the vets' advice, we switched her onto hypoallergenic food, she was administered Piriton each evening, but nothing helped. We then administered Apoquel medication, which had not helped. The vet advised us to put her on steroids, which we did not want. We started researching and came across raw feeding in a lot of articles.
The following day we switched her onto a raw diet however, sadly it was not Paleo Ridge. We have found Paleo Ridge in 2019, the best thing that happened to us. She loves her food, which is a godsend as she is very fussy.
She can eat the organic chicken from Paleo Ridge, which we were not able to give her prior to finding Paleo Ridge. She was not overweight but switching her onto Paleo Ridge (from butchers' meat) she lost a bit of weight and her muscles became very visible, She is a stunning, pretty girl, wherever we take her, people always comment on how shiny and soft her fur is The most important thing for us is, that she is very healthy, happy and stunning.
I cannot recommend the Paleo Ridge products highly enough.
