September Success Stories: Kiba (Samoyed)

When we first got Kiba from Battersea as a rescue, he was on a mixture of wet and dry food. We were told he had a sensitive stomach, but no matter what we tried, he always displayed symptoms of an upset tummy. He was losing weight very quickly and had to be hand fed his food, he just wasn’t interested or happy.

I looked for advice online and asked other Samoyed owners what they would recommend. A large proportion recommended raw feeding. Although I’d heard about raw feeding before, I hadn’t considered it for Kiba. That’s when I first came across Paleo Ridge and we haven’t looked back since!

Kiba has now been raw fed for 2 years and his tummy issues are all gone. He also loves his Paleo dinners so much, he now has a slow feeder, otherwise it’s gone in a matter of seconds! His coat is lovely and soft and his teeth are nice and clean.

Kiba’s favourite meal is definitely the Paleo Plus Pork and Apple. It suits Kiba perfectly, being a single source protein, low in fat and full off berry goodness!

If we hadn’t put Kiba onto a raw food diet, I don’t know were we would be now. I can 100% say that Kiba is a much happier and healthier dog because of his fresh raw diet.
