Picture this scenario. You are looking through our website after hearing some good things about raw feeding as part of your dog’s diet. Or just to briefly switch things up, you are a returning customer, planning on making a bulk order. In all scenarios, there is a common thought, how much can you physically store in your freezer?
Our premium raw dog food needs to be stored in a freezer due to the nature of it being raw meat. If you are considering or have begun a raw feeding regiment for your canine chum, a well-planned order is vital to make sure they are being fed responsibly. To help you with this, we have a handy dog food calculator that you can use to work this out.
We don’t anticipate you live in a house with an industrial-sized freezer like us. (but if you do, we are very impressed!) We have taken into account that most people have limited freezer space and have provided the dimensions of the different pack sizes of our different ranges to help plan your order. Our minimum order amount is 4kg to cater to those with limited storage.
You do have the option of defrosting the product to help with food rotation. This process can take up to 48 hours to fully defrost, However, once the raw dog food has been defrosted, it cannot be frozen again. Once defrosted, the food will last in the fridge for up to 3 days.
