Update to Delivery Schedule

The Festive Period is upon us!

Due to exceptional demand in the UK delivery network, we are experiencing some disruptions to our schedule. A combination of Royal Mail strikes, seasonal delivery peaks and exceptional demand for raw dog food before Christmas has resulted in some capacity issues with DPD.

As such, we will be unable to guarantee next day delivery for orders that would usually be despatched on a Monday.

An amended delivery schedule has been published below.

Normal delivery service should resume in January.

Please DO NOT change your delivery date direct with DPD. Once the order has left our premises, we cannot retrieve it. They do not have cold storage and cannot guarantee your order will be frozen if delayed. If you do change the date with DPD and the products have arrived defrosted, we cannot replace this.
