Hello Everyone,
Firstly, I would like to wish every one of you a very Happy New Year from all of us here at Paleo Ridge. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support throughout 2021.
As you know, 2021 was a challenging year for many businesses dealing with the ongoing impact of Brexit and Covid. We’ve faced HGV driver, fuel, and supply shortages, all of which have had a huge impact on our production. I am very aware that our customers and stockists have suffered because of this, for which we are genuinely sorry, but these were circumstances beyond our control. We will never compromise on quality and unfortunately sometimes, this comes at a cost.
January will continue to be challenging as we take delivery of some long-awaited supplies, and work round the clock to build our stock back. In February, our stocks will be replenished, and your dogs will once again have a range of foods to choose from.
In addition to this, we have been working hard behind the scenes on some very exciting plans which will have a substantial impact on the business. We hope to be able to announce more details in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your ongoing support. Here’s to a bigger, brighter 2022. We’d love you to be a part of it.
