We value our incredible team, recognising that their dedication and shared purpose are key to our success. Their enthusiasm and expertise make all the difference - not just in what we do, but in the impact we have on dogs’ health nationwide.

CEO - Tyler Daly

This man has had more hairstyles in the last few years than the number of staff at Paleo Ridge, but don’t let this fool you. Tyler runs a tight ship. Since taking over from his Mum Sharon who stepped away from the business in 2021, he has successfully catapulted the company to dizzy heights with double digit growth. Despite his younger years, he is the brains behind the company and has a wealth of experience from working in operations at a biodynamic farm, to supply chain and working with larger retailers. His unwavering vision to provide the best quality raw dog food on the market continues to drive Paleo Ridge onwards and upwards. Tyler Daly, we salute you!

Director of Sales and Marketing - Will Green

It’s fair to say that Will has had a colourful career from working as a Tour Manager for Ministry of Sound hanging out with celebrity DJs, volunteering on a remote cattle ranch in Australia (his birth country) and Digital Marketing in the paper and property Industries. On joining Paleo Ridge, Will has been the powerhouse of Sales and Marketing. His love and experience of marketing propelled him through his MBA, conducting extensive research for studies on the pet industry which have been instrumental in the decision making of Paleo Ridge. His wealth of knowledge, marketing qualifications, and tales of his youth make him an outstanding leader and Director of Sales and Marketing.

Will Loves:

With a wealth of experience in Supply Chain stemming from his early days working with Tyler in the fresh produce sector, Chris is without a doubt a mastermind when it comes to supplying and planning raw materials for the production at Paleo Ridge. It’s a tough job with constant pressure and meticulous planning but with his dedication and commitment to the end result, you can take comfort in knowing you will get nothing but the best from Paleo Ridge.

Following an extensive career in Marketing and Account Management within the travel industry, Gill made the leap from the glamorous world of travel, to working with her other love, dogs. Her twenty years’ experience working in sales and marketing, handling accounts from small independent companies to multi-million-pound chains, stands her in great stead to work with our lovely stockists across the UK.

Gill Loves:

Technical Manager - Ryan Biles

The role of Technical Manager is vital in the production of Paleo Ridge raw dog food and Ryan does this with meticulous attention to detail. From a young lad working in our despatch team, he has worked his way up through the ranks with a desire to learn more and giving nothing short of 100% every step of the way.

There are many rules and regulations we must comply with by law, plus our own strict processes and standards which makes for a very busy job for our Ryan. If something is not as it should be you can bet your bottom dollar that he will be all over it. As the most accredited raw dog food manufacturer in the UK, we heavily rely on our Technical Manager to ensure we are developing and implementing processes and procedures throughout the manufacturing side of the business. Our products and services must meet customer expectations and Ryan goes above and beyond to make that happen.

Management Accountant - Michelle Herman

Michelle is a force to be reckoned with looking after our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and maintaining the Nominal Ledger. No stone is left unturned when it comes to Michelle’s role, and with the crucial task of ensuring we get paid each month, Paleo Ridge are eternally grateful that she is so efficient in everything she does. She’s also a mean ukelele player and often serenades us in the office which is something money can’t buy!

Being the CEO's dog means that Django is very much a part of our meetings. Unaware of his size, he has been known to try and nuzzle up to colleagues on the sofa with hilarious consequences. To clarify, I mean Django, not Tyler!

Misty is a strong independent woman, which may have something to do with living with Will! She LOVES a toy especially a game of tug, and will hang on until the bitter end rather than give it up!

What a little beauty, but don't let this innocent face fool you. She has been known to steal colleague's lunches from their bags much to the embarrassment of her Mum Gill! She is a cutie though and loves a snuggle... when she's not stealing food!

Rudy

The softest, loving dog, hence the 'Office Angel'. Rudy has often inadvertently taken on the role of 'Therapy Dog' as he just loves attention. In return, he will stare deep into your eyes and give you an endless supply of love. Unlike his cheeky sister Sharon, he will not steal food but will happily eat anything put in front of him.

Sophie's baby and an absolute legend. This dog rolls sideways over and over when he's playing, especially with other dogs. It is quite literally the funniest thing to witness and always ends with staff in the room singing 'They see me rollin'..... 🎶

Another softy in the office who is a huge fan of our natural treats and very much enjoys her visits to the office with Michelle. Mainly because she gets spoilt with lots of fuss and more importantly, lots of treats!
