In 2023, we launched Donate Raw to Paws to help support dogs in need. Since lockdown, rescue centres across the UK have seen a significant rise in the number of dogs requiring care, with many charities experiencing an increase in abandonments and dogs being given up for adoption.
At the same time, the rising cost of veterinary care and food has made it increasingly difficult for some families to keep their much-loved dogs. As a result, rescue organisations are under more pressure than ever.
We wanted to do something meaningful to help, with your support. Donate Raw to Paws gives our community the opportunity to purchase 1kg of raw dog food to be donated directly to rescue centres. For every 1kg purchased, Paleo Ridge matches the donation, doubling the impact.
Access to natural, nourishing food can make a real difference to these dogs while they wait to find their forever homes, helping to support their health, wellbeing, and recovery during a challenging time.
Since launching our charity product, we have donated over 6,000kg of raw food to those who need it the most.
This is a huge milestone and one that truly highlights the generosity of our community. Knowing that so many people are helping to support dogs while they wait for their forever homes means more to us than words can say.
