How long will delivery take?

Can I amend or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can pause, cancel or amend your subscription anytime by going into your account on our website.
How will the product remain frozen?
We use insulated boxes that are tested up to 72 hours for frozen food. In the hotter months we use dry ice which keeps the products frozen at higher outside temperatures. If for any reason your box arrives later than scheduled or some packs have defrosted, contact us and we will replace or refund.
