Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions override any previous terms found on our website, social media platforms, or printed materials.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms set out by The Daly Partners Ltd trading as Paleo Ridge Raw. These terms are governed by English law, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pricing & Orders

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (20%) where applicable.
  • A contract between you and Paleo Ridge Raw is only formed once your order has been dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund orders at our discretion. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
  • Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice, but you will only be charged the price at the time of your order.
  • In the event of stock shortages, we may substitute products of similar type or value. For significant substitutions, we will attempt to contact you. If unreachable within a reasonable time (usually 1–2 hours), we will proceed using our discretion.

Delivery

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Please refer to our Delivery page for current delivery schedules and rates.
  • While we aim for next-day delivery, this is not guaranteed. Couriers may occasionally deliver within 48-hours due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our packaging maintains frozen temperatures for up to 48-hours. Orders rejected at 48 hours due to courier delays will not be refunded or replaced.
  • Orders may be left without a signature (e.g. porch, garden). If you do not have a suitable location or prefer to sign for delivery, please ensure you are available to receive it.
  • We are not responsible for theft or loss after GPS-tracked delivery has been confirmed. If you suspect theft, please report it to your local police.
  • We cannot accept liability for incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you. We reserve the right to cancel orders if address details are insufficient or invalid.
  • Do not select next-day delivery unless you can accept a potential 48-hour delay.
  • We cannot honour delivery change requests made directly with the courier once the parcel has left us.

Complaints

For product-related complaints, please provide:

  • Product name
  • Batch number
  • Use-by date
  • Supporting photographs

All complaints will be acknowledged within two business days. Investigations can take up to 14 days depending on the case.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch. However, orders may be packed in advance of dispatch, so cancellations must be made as soon as possible via our contact form or by email. If your order has already been picked and packed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Successful cancellations will be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds & Returns

We may offer a refund if goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 12-hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence.
  • Retain all packaging and goods until we advise whether to dispose or return.

Please note, the return of unwanted products results in the contents being wasted as it cannot be resold. As you will appreciate this goes against our company ethos and minimising waste and therefore, will only accept returns in exceptional circumstances decided on a case-by-case basis.

Returned goods must:

  • Be received in original condition.
  • Be a minimum of 6kg to remain frozen during return transit.
  • Be shipped at your own cost.

No refunds will be issued without meeting these conditions.

Orders delayed in transit will not be refunded or replaced if they arrive within 48-hours. Claims for damaged, missing, or spoiled goods must be made within 12-hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payments in a secure environment by credit or debit card. All transactions are shown in Sterling GBP by default and will be charged in Sterling GBP against your credit or debit card.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Sterling GBP (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%.

If for any reason there is an issue with payments at the time of checkout, please contact us either in writing at the address given at the bottom of this page or by email to info@paleoridge.co.uk to resolve the issue. Circumstances may dictate that we need to investigate. If this is the case, we will keep you up to date about the progress of the issue. All refunds will be processed within 14 days following verification from our merchants.

Discounts, Vouchers & Promotions

  • Promotional codes and offers are issued at our discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
  • New customer discounts apply only to first-time customers with newly registered accounts. Logging in is required to redeem.
  • Misuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
  • Use of discount codes is not permitted if your account already receives other discount benefits.

Discounts do not constitute a financial obligation on the part of Paleo Ridge.

  • Share content with third parties for personal use, provided that Paleo Ridge is acknowledged as the source and these terms are also shared.

General Terms

All communication with staff reflects personal opinions and does not override these Terms & Conditions.

Stockist Terms and Conditions

To qualify for a trade account, you must have an onward sales chain. Proof of business will be required before an account is approved.

As part of our checks, you will be required to confirm your business by providing:

  • Shop address
  • Web address
  • Facebook page

We will not be able to approve your account if you are unable to provide one of the above.

If you have a website or a Facebook page, please ensure Paleo Ridge is mentioned, even if you are not selling directly from the website. Failure to do so may result in your account being terminated if no other proof of onward sale is visible in the business.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. No order will be dispatched until payment is received.

Trade orders must be £150 RRP or over to receive your trade discount and free delivery. Please make sure your discount has been applied before you check out. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to refund you.

On arrival, please check every item in your delivery against your packing slip. Email office@paleoridge.co.uk if there are any discrepancies and include a photo of your packing slip.

If you receive damaged or defrosted goods, please take photos of the affected products as well as the outer box they arrived in. We will not be able to replace or refund these items without seeing photos first. Please do not throw away any products before evidence has been captured.

We must receive photos of damaged/defrosted items within 12 hours of receipt of delivery.

Paleo Ridge offers free collections for undamaged Woolcool liners. Our trade customers do not accumulate loyalty points; however, you will be helping us help the planet by recycling them.

Paleo Ridge reserves the right to terminate trade accounts without notice if we deem it necessary.

Trade customers and our reputation are of the utmost importance to us. If our reputation is being damaged by poor service from a retailer, Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge reserve the right to put the retailer on stop sale.

Should your customer have an issue with our products, they must deal directly with you, and you must contact us regarding the issue. If your customer contacts us directly, we will refer them back to you to deal with the issue.
