The pet food industry generates significant packaging waste, much of which ends up in landfill, causing lasting environmental damage. We refuse to be part of that problem.
That’s why we’ve made it our mission to ensure all our product packaging is recyclable, compostable, or returnable wherever possible. While some bagged items remain an exception, we continue to seek better solutions to further minimise our environmental impact.
Eco-Friendly Packaging Materials
Vegetable-Based Inks
We print all Paleo Plus, Classic, and Essential range sleeves, as well as the card inserts for bagged items, using vegetable-based inks. This ensures that not only is our packaging recyclable, but the printing process remains environmentally responsible.

Product Packaging Sizes
For customers looking to optimise storage, here are the dimensions of our bio packs:
- 1kg Bio Packs – (Top) 170 x 135 x 65mm | (Bottom) 150 x 120 x 65mm
- 500g Bio Packs – (Top) 125 x 118 x 64mm | (Bottom) 110 x 90 x 64mm
While we have already moved most of our products to eco-friendly packaging, some bones and carcasses are still double-bagged as we work towards a suitable sustainable alternative.
To further reduce waste and improve efficiency, we encourage customers to order in bulk where possible. Optimal order volumes include 16kg, 20-24kg, 36-40kg, 48kg, and 60-64kg.
Please note: These calculations are based on minced packs. Whole items take up more space. If you have any questions about ordering whole items, please contact us, and we’ll advise on the best options.

- Roll or fold them neatly into one box.
- Include a note with your name and address inside the box.
- Log in to your account and go to ‘Reward Points’ under ‘WoolCool Returns’.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions to arrange your free return.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is booked.
