We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new subscription platform at Paleo Ridge, designed with your needs in mind. Our previous subscription system was quite limited, but this new platform is a huge step forward, giving you more control, flexibility, and fantastic benefits.
You’ll notice the process has changed from our previous platform. Now, you can subscribe and save on each individual item you choose. Simply set the same delivery frequency for all products in your order, for example: every 2 weeks, and enjoy the flexibility of building your perfect subscription.

Build Your Own Subscription
Gone are the days of having to pick from rigid pre-made bundles. With our new platform, you can choose exactly which items go into your subscription. Whether your dog loves a particular recipe or you want to mix and match different flavours each month, the choice is entirely yours.
Full Control to Edit Your Orders
We know that your needs can change, and now your subscription can too! You can easily edit your orders before they are dispatched, so if you want to add, remove, or swap products, it’s just a few clicks away.
To edit your order simply login to your account and click on the person icon in the top right hand of the page. Then select 'Subscription Management'.
Seamless Substitutions if Items are Out of Stock
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, an item you’ve chosen might be out of stock. With our new system, you can choose a preferred substitute option so your dog never has to miss out. This means fewer delays and more consistent deliveries of the food they love.
You’ll receive an email notification if any item in your subscription is out of stock, giving you the opportunity to swap it for an alternative. To do this, simply log into your account, navigate to ‘Subscription Management,’ and select ‘Swap’ under the out-of-stock item. Please note that swapping a product will permanently update your subscription, so be sure to make any changes before your next order is due.
