We’ve received a few questions about our new Bundles, so we wanted to take a moment to explain the change.
Due to some technical limitations, we weren’t able to carry over our old Hampers to the new website. However, we’re excited to introduce Bundles, a fresh and more flexible alternative that comes with its own set of benefits!
One of the most requested features with our Hampers was the ability to choose the quantity of each flavour, and with Bundles, you can now do exactly that. This means you can tailor your order to suit your dog’s preferences, especially if they love one flavour more than another.
While the format may look a little different, rest assured:

⭐️ Free shipping is still included
⭐️ You can now add other items to your basket and still get free shipping (unlike the old website!)
We’re aware that some out-of-stock items are currently causing a bit of confusion when it comes to ordering Bundles. We’re actively working on resolving this and hope to have everything running smoothly very soon.
We completely understand that change can take some getting used to. This new site is a big step forward for us, and we’re learning right alongside you. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we fine-tune the experience, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this transition.
How to Create a Bundle
Step 1:
You will find our bundles in the main menu.
Simply hover over 'Shop' and select 'Shop by Range', you will then see 'Bundles' on the right hand side.
If you are using a mobile or tablet, click on the three lines at the top left of the page, click the arrow next to 'Shop' and then the arrow next to 'Shop by Range', then select bundles.
When you select this, you will see all your favourite hampers as bundles.
Step 2:
When you decide what bundle you would like, click 'Build Your Bundle'. You will see a list of the available products.
Please note, some items may be out of stock, if this is the case, you will need to add more of a different flavour.
Select 'add product'.
Step 3:
You then have the option to change the amounts of the products using the '+' or '-" to add or remove.
Your bundle must be a minimum of 8kg in order to progress to checkout:
For 1kg products you will need 8 packs
For 500g products you will need 16 packs
For 250g products you will need 32 packs
Step 4:
When you have selected your products, you can choose the frequency.
You have the option of having a one-off order, or to have it as a subscription and save 5% on every order.
Once you have selected your frequency, click 'checkout' and head to the payment page.
You are now able to add other items to your basket and still receive free shipping!
