Terms & Conditions

These Terms and conditions supersede any and all listed in any place on our website, social media and literature.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing and using this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below by The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Before you place an order or create an account, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us.

All prices on the site are quoted in sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT in the United Kingdom is 20%

The contract between the customer and The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw for the sale of any products sold through our website, will only exist once an order has been despatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw reserves the right to cancel, refuse or refund orders without prior notification. Should the Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw cancel, refuse or refund any order (if monies have been received) a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. However, the customer will be charged only the price shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar cost or type if ordered items are out of stock. If your order has significant substitutions, you will be contacted using the contact information given, in order to ascertain how you wish to proceed. If you can’t be reached for any reason within a reasonable timeframe (usually 1-2 hours), your order and the use of substitutions will be down to the explicit judgement of Paleo Ridge.

A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate prior to checkout and the cost of which will be shown prior to you making payment.

Delivery Policy and Times

Please see our ‘Delivery’ page for information about delivery days, times and rates. In certain circumstances orders may be delayed without prior notification. On occasions couriers may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are out of our control therefore we do not guarantee a next day delivery service. We do not track orders so will not be able to notify you of courier delays. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer at 48 hours due to courier delays. Our boxes do keep everything frozen for 48 hours.

Our couriers will leave without a signature ie (garden, porch, doorstep), as the contents are perishable they should not be returned to depot, unless there is no garden, porch, etc. It is your responsibility to make sure you are in to sign for your parcel if you do not have a place for it to be left, or if you do not want it left at your property. If for any reason your order is taken back to the local depot, it is your responsibility to collect the order from the depot or arrange and pay for another delivery. We will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left by the GPS tracking from our couriers. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, you will need to contact your local Police to report a theft from your property. Under no circumstances are Paleo Ridge liable in any way for thefts from your property.

Paleo Ridge will not accept liability for incorrect address information. If you have entered an incorrect address or postcode, or if your address does not exist on our courier’s portal and we have to manually alter it, we will not replace or refund if the couriers fail to find or deliver to your address. If you have input an order with less information than is required, The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.

Please do not order for next day delivery if you are not able to accommodate a delay to 48 hrs.

We will not refund or replace orders where customers have notified the couriers to deliver on an alternative delivery day or to an alternative delivery address. Changes agreed with the courier once your parcel has left us are out of our control and we strictly advise against this.

We will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left at your address by the GPS tracking and photos taken from our couriers. Due to the system being automated, we cannot add any delivery comments to your parcels. If you need to leave instructions, use the DPD app or leave a note on your front door. They are only carried out at the discretion of the driver. Courier drivers are only required to leave the parcel within the parameters of your property, if you are not in.

Complaints

All complaints must be made to us in either writing at the address given at the bottom of this page or by email to info@paleoridge.co.uk. If the complaint relates to our products, in order for us to investigate we need the following information.

Shop Sales

All orders collected in store must be checked by you the customer while on premises. Under no circumstances will The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw, accept claims for missing items after you have left the premises.

Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel your order, once accepted by us, for any reason prior to despatch. Paleo Ridge, in order to satisfy customer demands, will occasionally pack orders days in advance of despatch. To cancel you must use the contact form on our website, or email info@paleoridge.co.uk. If your order has already been picked and packed it will not be possible to cancel or refund it. If you are successful in cancelling the order any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days.

Refunds and Returns

The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw will refund you if you find that products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition or If for any reason whatsoever you are not happy with our products. For damaged/defrosted goods we must have supporting photos within 12 hours of delivery being made to you. You must contact us before you dispose of any damaged/defrosted goods, so that we can advise you as to whether we wish to arrange collection. The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw reserve the right to refuse refunds where the above conditions are not met.

For those unhappy with our products we will refund on receipt of said goods being delivered back to us in the same condition in which they were dispatched. A minimum return is 8kgs to ensure goods remain frozen in transit. Statutory law dictates that perishable goods are non-returnable however we offer this as a courtesy to our customers. We will not refund the cost of shipping products back to us.

Occasionally orders may be delayed by our couriers in transit, Our boxes keep everything frozen for 48 hours. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer at 48 hours.

All claims for spoiled, damaged, missing or unsatisfactory goods and any other problems must be notified to The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw within 12 hours of receipt of delivery. If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within 12 hours of your delivery time slot. Photographic evidence must be supplied in all cases to verify any complaint regarding damaged, spoiled or unsatisfactory goods within 12 hours of delivery . Refunds will be processed within 14 days. The Daly Partners Ltd t/a Paleo Ridge Raw reserve the right to refuse refunds where the above conditions are not met.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payments in a secure environment by credit or debit card. All transactions are shown in Sterling GBP by default and will be charged in Sterling GBP against your credit or debit card.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Sterling GBP (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%.

If for any reason there is an issue with payments at the time of checkout, please contact us either in writing at the address given at the bottom of this page or by email to info@paleoridge.co.uk to resolve the issue. Circumstances may dictate that we need to investigate. If this is the case, we will keep you up to date about the progress of the issue. All refunds will be processed within 14 days following verification from our merchants.

Discounts, Vouchers and other promotional offers

Paleo Ridge offers discount codes, promotional offers and vouchers to its customers in some circumstances which change from time to time. It is the exclusive right of Paleo Ridge to revoke or issue these discounts, vouchers and promotional offers and at any time these may be removed or voided without notice.

Discounts, vouchers or any other promotional offers (including all website functions or associated campaigns using the Paleo Ridge trademark), are offered for exclusively individual use and cannot be used in conjunction with or along side any other discounts, promotional offers or vouchers.

New customers will receive a discount on their first order when they register an account. No discount is given if you checkout while not logged in. No loyalty points will be accrued on this first purchase due to the discount offer. This excludes existing customers and addresses we have delivered to previously. One offer per household.

If Paleo Ridge deem any misuse on the part of the user, Paleo Ridge will immediately revoke the customers account to prevent further misuse.

The premise of discounts in any capacity under no circumstances are a commitment or acceptance of any financial liability on part of Paleo Ridge and do not in any circumstances guarantee that the aforementioned discounts will be applied.

Additional comments:

The 'Dog Birthday' discount codes are reserved for general customers only and are not permitted to be used if the customers account is already assigned to a discounted group in any capacity or in use with any other discounts, in any format.
