From the 30th of May to the 3rd of July 2022, we will send a Golden Ticket out with a randomly chosen order. The lucky winner will be entitled to £30 in loyalty points which can be put towards your next order.

If the winner shares a picture of the Golden Ticket, preferably with you and your dog on social media, you will win an additional £20, that’s £50 overall!

Scavenger Hunt Tickets

As well as giving out tickets at random with orders placed on our website, we will hide Golden Tickets at random locations across the country for a Golden Ticket Scavenger Hunt. Clues to the locations of the tickets will be published daily on our social media channels.

To increase your chances of finding the hidden tickets, we recommend signing up for our newsletter as we’ll be sending daily emails with details of which social media channel the clue with appear and at what time.

To claim the additional £20, please include proof of your social media post in your email, ideally in the form of a link to the post or screenshot of it.

• The Golden Ticket “event” is a free prize draw event with a daily, weekly and overall prize.
• By entering the prize draw event you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
• The prize draw event is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
• The “event” runs from 30^th May 2022 to 3^rd July 2022.
• Any person finding a golden ticket in their order, online, or in one of the hidden locations is considered a “prize winner”.
• To qualify for the free prize draw, customers must complete a purchase on paleoridge.co.uk “the website”.
  • A purchase of any value will qualify – orders must meet the 8kg minimum and standard terms and conditions of the website.
• Each day, a random number generator will choose the order in which the golden ticket will be placed. The golden ticket will be attached to the order sheet – we will record the order number of each winner. Prizes must be claimed, loyalty points will not be added to the prize-winners account until they have claimed the prize.
• The weekly and overall prize will be chosen via a database of all qualifying orders, using a random number generator to select the prize winner. Weekly and overall prize winners will be notified via email.
• Prize winners have until 31^st July 2022 to claim their prize by emailing info@paleoridge.co.uk including the ticket number and where it was found.
  • For Golden Tickets, to claim an additional £20, prize winners must send proof of their social media posts either via a screenshot or links to the post.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
• For the weekly prize and for part of the overall prize of an illustration, prize winners must provide a reference photo to info@paleoridge.co.uk.
  • Illustrations may take up to 10 weeks to complete.
  • Illustrations will be provided as JPEG and PDF files.
  • Paleo Ridge reserve the right to publish the illustration on social media, the website, and other communication channels. Paleo Ridge reserves all creative rights to the illustration but encourages the sharing of the illustration by the prize winner by any means that do not harm the reputation of Paleo Ridge.
• Prize winners will not be announced to the public without written consent from the individual, however, if the prize winner posts on social media – Paleo ridge may share the post on their own channels.
• Please allow 10 working days for loyalty points to be applied to prize winners' accounts.
• Paleo Ridge does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the free prize draw event or being selected for a prize.
• Paleo Ridge does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
• Paleo Ridge reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
